double team

Post by The Trojans »

I was just looking through the league roster and saw that Santana Moss was on the big daddies team. I had remembered him on the Rotten Rugrats team. I knew that I had not seen a trade and looked into it knowing that they are married. In week 3 Santana Moss was dropped on monday after scoring 22.1 points on sunday. Then the Big Daddies picked him up 1 minute and 35 seconds later. This was also after the Rugrats started out 0-2 and the Big Daddies won by fifty something points. I would not drop a player after scoring that. It seems like the winning money is split since they are married.

Tell me what you think?

well, it was a Monday night game when portis got hurt in the 2nd quarter, but it still seems fishy to pick someone up so quick...
i don't know how u log out, get up, and let someone else log in and then pick up a player in 1 minute and 35 seconds....HMMMMMMMM

what do you mean it seems fishy to pick someone up so quick? ANYONE could have picked him up, Jr happened to be the one, so now you think this is cheating...several weeks later?? Isnt it like first come first serve, if you were there then i guess you could have picked him up too. Santana Moss never did anything for me.
I dropped him because I wasnt starting him - he wasnt doing anything, and I was in need of a RB or someone who would at least score me something. S Moss wasnt doing anything at the time, I dont see whats so special about him, hes only had a couple good games.
I picked up Mike Anderson that night and dropped santana - all i was thinking about was if portis was hurt - maybe anderson could score me some points, which was wrong because he sucks too.

i sgree with jonathon, why would anyone drop someone who scored 22.1 points? i'd drop any dl person that i have before doing that.

and jr picked him up w/in 2 minutes? i thought something about it at the time, but wasn't going to say anything until anyone else did. didn't want to be the instigator ............ just the agitator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a little off the subject, but.......i think we should shuffle the divisions up every few years!

i would love to be in the division with the goalliners

i don't think the divisions should be switched, just maybe get the married couples out of the same division...it gives them a 50% chance of making the playoffs every year!!!

what should we do???
he has scored 101.2 points in the past 7 weeks since JR picked him up... that is an average of about 14.5 per week..... his last 3 games, 20.1, 12.5, and 34.2 (pennington's 1st start back)...
HE IS THE # 7 WR IN THE LEAGUE!!!
i smell something...

it doesnt seem fair or right!! even if it was legit, which seems far fetched....it is always going to iffy if this occurs between them
