There is no rule against this.

Heather explained her reasons for dropping Moss at the time and I accept it.

Let's review some of the facts:
? Portis got hurt and she went for his backup (Mike Anderson). What is suspicious about that?
? The guy she dropped (Santana Moss) wasn't in her starting line up anyway. The next few weeks Moss scores 1.7, 3.0 & 7.6 during the reign of Vinny. It wasn't until 3 weeks ago that Moss returned to double digit scores.
? JR didn't even put Moss in his starting lineup until two weeks ago. So it's not like JR was 'stealing' Moss away.

I think Heather is experienced enough in fantasy sports not to get discouraged after an 0-2 start and just throw away her season by giving her players away. If anything she was trying to save her season by grabbing Anderson.

A possible rule change next year could be a waiver wire system.

I think it's great that you noticed these transactions, but in this case I don't see anything wrong. Keep up the good sleuth work!
