Lendale had his knee scoped, that's hardly a surgery.

Jeff wants them to spend money on who? Waste money on what?

The Crumpler and Kearse deals are fiscally responsible. Use some of that money to sign Roos and Stewart to extensions. Give up a couple of draft picks for Fitzgerald...make a move!!! And if anyone thinks that Bryant Johnson and D.J. Hackett are #1 receivers...please explain...I don't see it. It may have been stated already, but Walker is gone...he's a Raider.

By the way, it's not $40 million in cap space, more approximately it's $28 million once you pool your reserve, establish a rookie pool and make tenders to those who will return.
You better get on your knees and pray...Sheffield and Gainesboro are on the way.

No one has stated that BJ or Hackett were #1s, BUT they will not command big money and would be an upgrade at the WR position! Most of what you said has already been stated so keep up old man!

Most? Don't make me call out your idiocy. Upgrade the receiving corps with another #2 or #3 receiver? That's not an upgrade.

No one has commented on the breakdown of the cap space either.

Follow me son, you'll get there.

C'mon. The George and McNair cap hits are gone. Can we spend some of the $40mil that we started the free agency period with?
After franchising Fat Albert and tendering our RFAs the Titans only had around 23M.
Maybe you should read a little slower old man

Alright, you got me, but in my defense...I tend to skip over your inane babble.

I'll pay more attention to your assertions in future. MAD PROPS to the Chris Mason look-alike.

I did mention the cap and signing better WRs than we currently have on our roster IS AN UPGRADE! They are also better than J-U-S-T-I-N. You must be getting senile old man.....

Okay, I just saw you decided to make excuses once again. You obviously read that post because I mentioned Fatdale's surgery in the same one :wink-thumb:

I was shocked and stopped reading when you appeared to imply that Lendale's knee was seriously injured.

I gave you props, admitted my wrong, and you still couldn't let it go.

Go get 'em Anferney!

Why must you make the assumption that I was insinuating a major knee injury? I know it was arthroscopic. I simply think we need to add another RB and that further emphasized my point. After White's first full season carrying the load he has minor knee surgery which will keep him out of off-season preparation for a month plus. He will probably gain more weight which could in turn create more knee issues in the future! You think it is a good sign he is already needing his knee scoped at 23 years old?

Titans G Benji Olson has retired.
Olson started 140 games for Tennessee beginning in 1999, including an 85-game streak that ended in 2004. The 10-year vet had been dealing with back injuries for the past two seasons. Jake Scott will take his spot at right guard.
