Put the team names in a hat....mix em all around and draw teams. If its not possible to get the three new guys together soon to do it so they can start preparing their team, you could do it Jeff. Just have Anthony or Jonathon or whoever be your witness that the drawings were on the up and up. I think most people here dont care whos team goes to who anyway.
