Single game performance

Post by the Man, the Myth... »

Is there any way to track or does anyone know what is the single game high score for an individual player? Vicks 58 points last night were pretty damn impressive!!

My nerd reflexes are really wanting to see how our scoring rules rank those performances. Having some computer issues now, so maybe I can get to that later in the week.

I just stumbled across the link that shows the top 100 scores since this league was created. Vicks performance was the most ever scored by one player. It also shows whether the players were starters or non-starters for the team they were on that day. Pretty interesting to see a bunch of the high scores that were gotten and the player was riding the bench!

That's good stuff.

I have tried uploading all the data from before we started using MyFantasyLeague.com (we started in 2006), but is seems like the W-L is always slightly off for one or two teams. At least the starters were uploaded.

Anyway,
The ESPN list had Clinton Portis 2003 Week 14 at #1. MTFFL points put that performance at #2 behind Vick.

ESPN #2 Shaun Alexander, 2002 Week 4 -- MTFFL #3 -- Sheffield Feagle Eagles - S
ESPN #3T Michael Vick, 2010 Week 10 -- MTFFL #1 -- Putnam Punishers - S
ESPN #3T Mike Anderson, 2000 Week 14 -- MTFFL #8 -- Novi Yankees - S
ESPN #5T Fred Taylor, 2000 Week 12 -- MTFFL #12 -- Orlando Donkey Kongs - S
ESPN #5T Priest Holmes, 2002 Week 12 -- MTFFL #4 -- Oompa Loompas - S
ESPN #7T Jimmy Smith, 2000 Week 2 -- MTFFL #21 -- Sheffield Feagle Eagles - S
ESPN #7T Marshall Faulk, 2002 Week 7 -- MTFFL #9 -- Cookeville Critters - S
ESPN #7T Jerome Harrison, 2009 Week 15 -- MTFFL #7 -- Sheffield Feagle Eagles - NS
ESPN #11T LaDainian Tomlinson, 2002 Week 13 -- MTFFL #18 -- Z-Town Zippers - S
ESPN #11T Chris Johnson, 2009 Week 2 -- MTFFL #11 -- Novi Yankees - S

ESPN's top 11 list has Vick as the only QB. MTFFL top 10 included 2 Brady games (#5 & #6) and 1 Peyton Manning game (#10). MTFFL doesn't have any top 20 WR's but, ESPN put Jimmy Smith's game at #7. ESPN's list used "ESPN Standard Scoring". Is that 4pts per pass TD and point-per-catch?
