A lot of you owners know my brother who runs the team "Mastadons", and I wanted to introduce myself to the league. I will inherit one of the three teams that went bankrupt over the season.
The Stockwell's are considered to many a dynasty in ffball and have been know to develop untapped talent which will be the expectations for this upcoming season. I have talked to my head scouts who have determined that there is potential for any of the three teams, and all that is missing is a team name and a team logo, which I have talked extensively with my marketing team, and we have come down to a couple of choices that will have a press release shortly.
Again I look forward to the season

not in anything like this, the longest "dynasty" league would be in a yahoo league that we've done for awhile, but it's only 2 man keeper

Welcome Mean Jean. That was a very nice Intro for a yahoo leaguer ... This is the big leagues son. Know your damn role and pay hommage to possibly the greatest football mind ever.. The Guru.
Some quick advice for you Rook is: 1) Some owners in this league will offer you some tricketts and blankets for your superstar players and just refuse to deal with any owner that cannot put together a reasonable trade offer.
I can tell you have high integrity like The Guru and would never take advantage of a fellow owner that is in way over their head for the sake of winning, because it takes the fun out of stomping the living shit out of the team your playing.
2) Take notes and study the way The Guru manages his team and you too may become successful like him.
That is all the free advice you get Rook. The rest you will have to pay for like the rest of the owners, and be thankful you will not be in my division.
