Titans DE Kyle Vanden Bosch, a Pro Bowler last season, will miss significant time in the team's offseason program because of a recent shoulder surgery. Vanden Bosch, who signed a four-year, $22 million contract in February, had the surgery after having trouble with the shoulder early in the offseason program. He is expected to miss organized workouts in April and May, but the team is hopeful he?ll be able to participate in some of the June workouts. DE Antwan Odom and DE Bo Schobel are expected to get additional work in Vanden Bosch?s absence.

With the recent choices made by the titans (Pacman, McNair and now this) there may be some new faces on the coaching staff and up higher if the they do not win next year.

If McNair leaves (or is forced out) and the team continues to stink then I would support a head coach change. Right now I still support Fisher. I'm still confused by Floyd Reese's comments and actions.

i think Fisher is a great coach and it would be a shame to lose him!!!
