Street Sense is looking good on the inside. Curlin is the early favorite, but like I said, or was is Public Enemy, don't believe the hype.

Weather People wrote:The forecast is for a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in Louisville Saturday afternoon, but there will be updates before the Kentucky Derby, according to the National Weather Service.

"Some of those (storms) in the afternoon could get into the strong level, as far as producing small hail and that sort of thing," said Forecaster Don Kirkpatrick.

"The (National) storm prediction center has a slight risk of severe storms in the forecast for just west of Louisville," Kirkpatrick added. Churchill Downs, within the limits of Louisville, is not expecting severe storms.

A high temperature in the mid 70s is predicted for Louisville Saturday with southeasterly winds 5 to 10 miles per hour.
