wtf are you talking about? i never added the 25 to what they wanted, i subtracted it coming up with the 85-100 figure! Understand???

You are killing me. You've given me a headache.
The way you worded it, it said they need $110 million more. If you base $100 million more upon what was reported that they wanted, i.e. $110 million, then that would be $210 million...WHEN THEY ACTUALLY NEED AROUND $240 million.

We're arguing about two different things. I just figured out that you are arguing they need $100 million more to get to $125 million in equity.
WHEREAS, I was arguing that they needed about $130 million more to purchase the team over the equity they HOPE to raise.
Let's stop arguing. You still gave me a headache, however.
