I understand the reason for HFA. But I do believe there should be a reduction in the number of points. I like the number 3. A full touchdown and 10 yards seems like alot. How many votes away are we on this every year anyway?? We have 2 months to try to get some swing votes.
And I do agree with what Smallwood said earlier in these posts. No matter what the rules are, the managers that are more diligent in improving their teams will always be on top. For example: like Dave that was kicked out this year....he tried to draft Curtis Martin last year and Will basically told him he was a dumbass cause he was going to be on IR all year. He switched his pick and chose someone else. Who didnt know Martin's knee was fucked?? There will never be "parity" in this league no matter how the rules are tweaked. Ive tried to make my team better and Ernie seems like he will too so maybe we will get more competitive!!
Well, with all that being said.....Im sorry Smallwood....I will now go make my own league or play Madden....lol

Chew on this.
Since 2002 the average NFL score has been Away Team 19.7142 to Home Team 22.2843. The difference is 2.5701 which is about 13% of the Away Team score (meaning without home field advantage).
In the MTFFL the average score is 118.85. Our measly 7 points is less than 6% of this sum. So our so-called HFA is less than half of the NFL home field advantage.

The rules are fair. The regulations are fair.
