I got tired of hearing this, so I ran some numbers.
Since the II league started there have been 20 playoff spots.
9 of these spots taken by 3 teams = 45% vs 25%
17 of these 20 by six teams = 85% vs 50%
Only 3 teams have won the MTFFLII

only 5 different teams have made the playoffs in the last 5 seasons in the 1st league

I didn't think it was that confusing, but I guess it wasn't that clear either.
