think about that Dave...would you as a financial institution loan 200 million dollars on something that has the track record of losing millions? i don't think loaning 80+ percent would be a sound lending practice...
maybe these local investors own large corporations, but who knows at this point.

They are CEOs of large medical corporations, but they need help from others in the community. Then maybe Leopold would want to stay on as a minority owner.
