i wasn't really expecting too much out of us this year but the fact that we are the youngest team does give us something to look forward to....
what happens when mcnair retires?
can we win without an offensive line?
our secondary will be better but how do we stop the colts?
without a #1 WR, can we treaten anyone with the deep ball?
i think we have a lot of answers to fill...
what is everyone else's opinion?

No shit, I agree with all of the above. The most glaring need is the OL and DL, because the Titans dont own the line of scrimmage anymore. Haynesworth plays when he wants and he doesnt really have a partner DT.
Back in the day they owned both lines of scrimmage and have slowly lost that advantage over the years, and now they are no where near owning anyside of the ball, so this is not going to be a quick turn around. It will last awhile. High picks for years to come. They need to ship airball McNair and use his money for some OL and DL, and draft Ol Jay Cutler the next Gambler superstar.

i hate to say it but we might be better off without mcnair....
i wish vince young was coming out so we could take him. it would be good to keep mcnair if we got young so he could teach him.....

I didn't know that Jay was that cut.
We need OL, OL, OL!
Also, the LBs aren't getting it done. Sirmon and Kassell need to be replaced, but with who? The secondary, believe it or not, should be improved next year.
NO, NO, NO, NO to Vince Young or Matt Leinart. They will be fantastically shit qbs in the pros. I am starting to believe that Stevie Mac needs to go; it was nice of him to conveniently get hurt after his second interception in the first half last week. Look for Matt Mauck to get a lot of reps vs. the Jags.

I think the OL is a good place to start. I agree that Leinart and Young are probably going to be shit. Young may do alright, but I think Leinart won't do a thing.
And Jeff, great post. That Jay Cutler would take care of the OL singlehandedly! I would love to see the Titans get the VU QB by the same name because, as painful as it is to say it, I think McNair should probably hang it up.

I think that they will draft Matt Leinart if he is available. I can just see Norm Chow telling Fisher and Floyd Reece how he can make him a superstar again!!!!!
