Is Boston Next?

ESPN's John Clayton reports the San Diego Chargers have given WR David Boston and his agent, Mitch Frankel, permission to talk to any and all teams about a trade. There are no specifications on the trade. Teams can talk to Frankel or the Chargers. Ultimately, the Chargers will accept the best trade offer available for Boston.
The report suggests that Miami is the most logical destination for Boston, who would then be reunited with his former receivers' coach Jerry Sullivan. The two spent four seasons together in Arizona, where Boston enjoyed his best season.
Was last year's off-season this active?
I'm excited about the next year!
