Your mission, should you choose to accept it...

Post every detail about the Titans that you hear. Trades, Free Agents, rumors - I don't care. Just post everything.

Up here in the KY, I don't get any info. titansradio.com and titansonline.com don't give much information about rumors and speculation.

All I hear about is basketball, basketball, basketball. :puke:

Thanks for the info.

That's shocking about Eddie. Can he throw the long ball?

Titans correspondent Terry McCormick for the City Paper reports the Titans have plans to bring in a free agent quarterback either Tuesday or Wednesday. Tennessee has already met with free-agent QB Damon Huard of New England and had plans to look at QB Anthony Wright, but he re-signed with the Baltimore Ravens over the weekend. There was no official word as to who the latest free agent on the Titans? radar is, but there are a few quarterbacks who could fit the profile. QB Doug Johnson and QB Brian Griese are both younger veterans, who may still offer something in the way of upside.

We need a good back-up QB............hopefully they'll resign Volek long term!

What is the outlook for Volek?
If they can afford Johnson or Griese (probably <$1mil\year) then they could sign Volek to the same contract. I doubt Volek can demand much on the Free Agent market with only a few games on his resume.

haven't you heard that the falcons and the packers are heavily interested in him?

i haven't heard how much he is asking, but it must be a good chunk!

Atlanta has had him there at least twice. He just went to Buffalo. Denver, Green Bay and San Diego have also shown interest. He's gone.

Are we going to be stuck with Jason Gesser and maybe a drafted QB?

There are a lot of second rate veteran QB's out there now. What are the chances of us snagging a Blake or Detmer. What about Rich Mirer? Rick fucking Mirer! I still have his Seahawks jersey from '95 (I paid over $100 for it).
