they are saying his hamstring injury could be serious possibly costing him the season.....DAMMIT!!!
he was 1-1 with a 50-yard field goal last year before getting hurt in the 1st half in week 1, and this year he may not even kick one...

here it is...........
For the second straight year, Joe Nedney will miss the NFL season. The Titans kicker injured his hamstring on Tuesday while stretching awkwardly to kick a ball falling off a tee, and an MRI indicated the injury is so severe Nedney was placed on injured reserve, ending his season. Last year, he tore a ligament in his non-kicking leg in the season opener. He was replaced in the short term by punter Craig Hentrich and in the long run by veteran Gary Anderson.

Well at least Hentrich will get some reps at kicking before the game.
Nedney must be an oaf; he must be the most uncoordinated 6'5" athlete of all time.

Barring a last-minute contract snafu, ageless veteran Gary Anderson will come out of retirement to kick for the Titans. Anderson won't be signed in time to kick in Saturday's opener against the Dolphins, but he should be with the team by early next week.
Aaron Elling will be signed to help Craig Hentrich with kicking duties in week one, and there's a chance Elling may remain on the roster as the kickoff specialist if the Titans have room.

They ran predominantly over the right side last week. They really like that Jacob Bell kid. He seems to be a good enough run blocker, but he may be tasked to pass protect.

mcnair's blind side is the biggest worry!!!
i know they like jacob bell, and they do like to run to the right but this is still definitely a step backwards...
GO TITANS!!!

I am not really optimistic about this weekend. The Colts ran all over Jeff's beloved Patriots (just kidding). We have two receivers. I wouldn't invite Berlin over for backyard football. Schifino's still hurt. It may be a long day over at the Coliseum. I better get sauced up early Sunday morning.
