Your argument that HFA creates dominate teams is wrong. If you want parity, change the rules to force more player turnover.
The rules are fair. The regulations are fair.

Who's argument states that HFA creates dominant teams? Ahh, Wolfe was up past his bed time.

ok, i get it now...your use of two different %s made me think you were comparing the two leagues!

i did that to prove my point:

5 teams in the playoffs in the past 5 seasons in I
8 teams in the playoffs in the past 5 seasons in II

like i have said all along, there is more parity in the 2nd league due to the involvement and management of 2nd league owners :wink:
