maybe it's just me, but that seems very low for a signing bonus....i would assume that he low balled them again and they just took the first offer. i bet some of the people in this league make more money than what Otto is going to make...

You're so wrong. Compare the signing bonuses during Floyd's regime. The $54,600 gotten by Otto seems high to me. He's a 7th Round pick! He's lucky to have gotten that much. I've seen signing bonuses around $25,000 and sometimes not at all.

i have seen lots of draft picks get NO signing bonus!

why would you give someone a signing bonus when they are not even a lock to make the team!?!?!?
