Zero games "decided by HFA" this week.

Where do you get your data? The Salamanders have lost 5 away games by less than HFA. Oompa Loompas have losst 3. I have lost 5.

I know we are in a political season, but can we at least use facts instead of slander?

42 points from HFA points this week
57 points from +3 offensive yardage bonus (OYB) points

The Salamanders had 9 of those OYB points and won the game by 3 points. Sounds like you guys are whining about the wrong bonus points.

Could someone explain what OYB point are and how I never knew about them? I'm too lazy to go look at the rules.

Also, the Salamanders won simply because I had Ronnie *fucking* Brown on the bench when he decides to rack up 45 points, goddammit!!!!!!!
Cover it with gas and set it on fire!

Zero games decided by HFA?!?!?!? If HFA was non-existent the outcome of two games would have been reversed! OYB points are awarded BASED ON PERFORMANCE whereas HFA is not :wink-thumb:

HFA is points for being the home team. It is not based on team performance. If you want results based on performance then we'll have to change all the rules to rotisserie rules. This is a head-to-head league with home field advantage.

C'mon Wolfe, that is ridiculous! We would have to become a rotisserie league if there was no HFA? How do the other leagues do without HFA then? Like I've said numerous times, this is the ONLY league(s) that I am a part of that awards a "home-team advantage."

I have always agreed with Jonathon and Anthony about HFA. I always vote against it....or at least to just reduce it and not get rid of it totally. We had our opportunity to vote it out and it didnt work. If I remember correctly it wasnt even brought up to vote on in the II league. So why waste time bickering...debating..bitching...whichever word you would like to use....about it now? It will do no good for the next year while we are playing under the rules we currently have.
