Forum Look and Feel
There have been several updates to this message board over the years, but I was still using the same old header and footer. I recently noticed this was breaking a lot of features when posting a message. So I returned to the "factory" settings for the header and footer. I'll try to get it customized soon.
The rules are fair. The regulations are fair.
