if not, then about half of the 1st league won't even be able to attend their own draft b/c they are also memebers of the 2nd league

EVERYONE IN THE 2nd LEAGUE THAT IS NOT IN THE 1st, GO TO THE 1st LEAGUES DRAFT SO YOU CAN FIND OUT WHO THEY WANT TO DRAFT!!!!!!!!!!
