No Power Punts for Pacman

Pacman is being replaced on punt returns by someone who muffed 7 punts last season.
WTF
Punt returns were Pacman's rare adulations last year. Now his game plan is reduced to excessive celebration penalties, pass interference penalties and unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.
