No, you did not. It appears that you were talking about contraction, not moving. How does moving the Predators help the NHL? You say moving the Predators, not contracting; so, explain.

The NHL has a business model that is successful in several markets. They have tried this model for 10 business cycles and it has only made a profit once. It's a good business move to remove the business from the market because it can't sustain itself.

Ahh. Remove, you say. Now I see what you are saying. You said move earlier. Do you mean move as in relocate? Or remove as in contract? Because moving doesn't mean that the NHL will reap a benefit.

More times than not, sports ownership is not a business plan. People don't buy NHL teams to make a profit.
