why wouldn't they earn the same points if everyone gets half a point per reception???

I think I was assuming (based on bstock's post) that you were suggesting different points for RB's and WR's.

well, i am all about the groundskeepers!! i do not understand though why we do not give minus points for missed field goals or pats.

that was part b of my plan if anyone argues the kicker scoring change!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i say do FGs based on yards, AND do -1 for missed FGs or extra points!!!!!

and no wolfe, bstock is just an idiot...he reads things that arent there!!!

my point was that wr receptions points are a decent idea, but you mention an evening out between rb's, which i don't see being great since rb's are catching a lot of balls for certain teams. more points for kickers is swell, i like your idea for the yardage scheme.

there is only a small percentage of rbs who have more receptions than a receiver on their team!!!

i just looked and last season there was ONE rb in the top 30 in receptions and Brian Westbrook was #27!!!!!!!!!!!!! there was also 6 TEs which could change our no TEs ever drafted!!! for u who cannot subtract that means 23 WRs were in the top 30!!!
I BELIEVE THIS WOULD MAKE OUR LEAGUES EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE!!!

THESE 2 SCORING ADDITIONS WOULD ALLOW THE KICKERS AND THE TIGHT ENDS TO BECOME PART OF OUR FANTASY GAME THAT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN IN THE PAST!!!!!!!!
