Broadcasters just won a court battle over so-called profanity on TV. I think the FCC control is ridiculous. Nudity and profanity should not be censored by the government.
I wonder how the GOP mouth pieces would spin this if the broadcaster was CBS/Viacom/MTV instead of Fox. Bill Orally would bash this as liberal extremist judges who are out of control and out of touch with America. Instead this is exactly what conservative government should be.
