keeper limits
i am not sure how the commish feels about this , but it seems to me that if we had keeper limits the league would be more fun for some..and we might be able to retain more owners.......
it's time to reclaim what is rightfully mine.

Re: keeper limits
I'm not sure what you are suggesting. We keep 7 players. Are you wanting to increase or decrease that amount?
The rules are fair. The regulations are fair.

I assume he means lowering or putting position limits.wolfe wrote:I'm not sure what you are suggesting. We keep 7 players. Are you wanting to increase or decrease that amount?
Those teams could get better by trading! Not listening to you when you say, "don't trade with the Midgets!"

Re: keeper limits
only 2 keepers at any postion .. i could only keep 2 wr"s for example .... midget it has nothing to do with trading ... it would make the draft better ..... there would be some good players availible in the draft, not just a shot int he dark for the first few rookie rb's.....didnt know how everyone felt, thats all.

Re: keeper limits
I've offered a variety of this suggestion many times in the past. Good luck!

Re: keeper limits
RBs and WRs are the only positions it will even come into play. Then there will just be more trading by teams looking to dump their excess to teams looking to upgrade. That makes for more parity, but I'm kinda with Smallwood on that problem. I think to solve this problem we should give incoming owners an extra day to pick up non-frozen players to keep. Maybe put a limit, 3 possibly, on that.

Re: keeper limits
I like the idea of players becoming "free agents" after two or three seasons. You can only save a player once or twice before he goes back into the draft. Your team would constently be changing, you would have to stay on your toes and pay attention to whats going on, and it would eliminate some of the trades and/or the trying to trade with someone that gets on once a week just to set their lineup.
