Waivers

[the Man, the Myth...]

So is there actually a time when waivers are lifted and you can start adding players? I thought it was after the last game so I went on here at like 11:15 and it wouldnt let me do anything so I thought Id check back at midnight to see if it would let me then. It would obviously since people had started adding players at like 11 30 something....long story short, is there an exact time that we are free to add players. I let about 20 changes happen before I checked in again. Anyones help would be appreciated.
